• Serve as brand ambassadors for Quiksilver while forming strong relationships with store team members.
• Train and educate retail sales associates on merchandising and product.
• Ensure retail store fixtures are clean, merchandised, replenished and have current marketing materials.
• Live the Quiksilver lifestyle while possessing a passion for brand marketing.
• Use ThirdChannel technology to report on the retail store environment.
• Transform floor seasonally for new product and marketing stories.
• Engage consumers about Quiksilver products and the brand while assisting with incremental sales.

• Must have and be able to demonstrate extraordinary communication & organizational skills.
• Be comfortable working on your own while receiving remote coaching and supervision.
• Manage a monthly calendar of retail store visits to meet the needs of Quiksilver in your market.
• Possess an outgoing personality with a desire to share the Quiksilver brand with all walks of life.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to Quiksilver’s ever-evolving retail landscape.
• Must use digital social sites and understand networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.
• Must own a car, have a current driver's license and valid automobile insurance.
• Have experience in merchandizing and/or retail
