  • Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will gain useful job skills and experience in the research and recruiting process from receipt of the job order to placement of a candidate by applying knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to real-world situations.

    You will support the Recruiting Operations function through the following:

    • Learn, Maintain and Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); includes data entry of applicant information
    • Research and Identify Fashion/Beauty/Tech Markets; define and present findings to Head of Talent for further learning/clarification
    • Research and Define Job Categories/Titles; present findings to Head of Talent for further learning/clarification
    • Read and stay current with industry news i.e. participate in weekly strategy meetings
    • Assist in recruiting efforts and procedures which may include pre-screening potential candidates, presenting qualified candidates to Head of Talent, and preparing candidate submissions to clients
  • Qualifications

    About you:

    • Minimum requirement: Current Senior or Junior in college working towards relevant Bachelor’s degree
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong internet research capabilities
    • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
    • Highly organized and flexible
    • Results-driven
    • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
