Responsibilities Support New Employee Orientation and Training for the Human Resources Organizational Development department. Support Staffing and Recruiting with interviews, career fairs, and the employment offer process for the Human Resources Talent Aquisition department. Assist with special HR training-related projects. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related business field from an accredited college or university. Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen due to government security clearance requirements. In order to work at BPMI, applicants must complete a Federal background investigation and be granted a security clearance. Strong oral and written communications skills. Strong time management skills. BPMI is a prime contractor for the United States Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP) .
