We are seeking an Engineering Intern to join our team in our Las Vegas, NV office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform elementary engineering assignments and work from the designs of others Compile data Perform elementary design computations Prepare engineering plans Perform simple CADD drafting assignments Contact vendor(s) to obtain equipment information Perform quantity take offs to aid in cost estimate Work under close supervision Receive specific and detailed instructions as to required tasks and results expected Perform special projects and assignments as directed Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel #LI-DNP Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Currently pursuing bachelors or masters degree in engineering field Preferred Experience Finishing or completed junior year of college Passed or scheduled the FE/EIT exam Experience and/or coursework in water/wastewater treatment and conveyance Familiarity with computer applications including AutoCAD, Microstation and ArcGIS All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender Identity, ethnicity, or veteran status.
