Job Description

Growing national Engineering Consulting firm has TWO (2) immediate opportunities available for a full-time NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION CLIENT MANAGER within their Building Assessment Division. This position is NOT a Sales position.

This is 99% REMOTE and candidates can live anywhere in the United States and must be open to minimal travel as required.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage top large national accounts
• Build and maintain direct client relationships
• Managing Building Assessment projects
• Manage to client goals and scope expectations

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
• Experience assessing various property types:
  • commercial buildings
  • manufacturing/industrial properties
  • office buildings from one story to high-rise
  • strip malls
  • shopping centers
  • multi-family housing properties
• Knowledge in reviewing and performing PCA/PCNA assessments (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD)
• Bidding and project cost estimation experience
