This position serves as a temporary team member on the Information Technology Applications, Analytics & Mobile Solutions team. Primary Job Responsibilities: Work in an global environment to provide end-user technology support and/or IT projects/initiatives support. * Assist the leadership team with development of documentation, presentations, and reports * Develop team metrics reporting using the ServiceNow portal, TFS, and Power BI. * Investigates and solves problems with desktop operating systems and office applications * Integrate Application Rationalization Data collected in SmartSheets into the Troux Enterprise Architecture system. * Work with application product managers, project managers, and business analysts to produce presentations, metrics, reports, dashboards, etc. * Provide quality assurance testing as-needed
