The Leidos Partnership for General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking candidates for a Management Analyst role to conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively to support the GSA DIGIT program. Includes program analysts and management consultants Responsible for multiple project tasks, demonstrating effective time management and problem resolution. Organizes, directs and coordinates staff performing complex and challenging logistical activities. Develops solutions to problems and issues by thorough analyses and understanding of all Program requirements. Basic Qualifications Proficient using Microsoft Office products. Experience in an Agile development environment. Experience in a DevOps environment. Experience in a large enterprise project. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Working knowledge of ITIL 4 Candidate must have BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or related field with 4-9 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2-7 years of prior relevant experience.
