Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:  As a TECHNICAL WRITING INTERN for the Environmental Team at Olsson Associates, you will be responsible for assisting the Environmental team with technical writing, editing, and formatting of various technical reports. The Technical Writing Intern will assist professional staff in organizing data and compiling results into usable formats, completing QA/QC reviews of various technical reports, and writing and editing progress reports and other project-related documents.

Qualifications

YOU ARE INTERESTED IN:

• TECHNICAL WRITING AND EDITING
• Detailed reviews of technical documents
• Developing templates and report formats

YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Excellent written skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), especially with developing document templates and styles
• Eagerness to learn and embrace new subjects
• MUST BE CURRENTLY IN YOUR SOPHOMORE OR JUNIOR YEAR PURSUING A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ENGLISH, JOURNALISM, OR RELATED FIELD
• Attention to detail
