Qualifications

• Candidate will have A.S. in surveying or civil engineering plus two years experience or equivalent work experience of four years.
• That experience must include writing/interpreting legal land descriptions, conducting city and county survey and mapping research.
• Basic understanding of topographic mapping and office support for construction staking, basic understanding of CAD and COGO programs.
• Must be familiar with boundary survey principles and Record Maps, Surveys and ALTAs.
• Ability to work with and for others, take initiative and work with minimal direction.
