Qualifications

• Candidate will have 4 years experience in Land Development and/or public works engineering design plus BSCE or the equivalent work experience of 8 years. It is beneficial if candidate’s experience includes the ability to take grading plans from conceptual design to final plans, as well as preparation and processing of maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects, including road design, drainage & earthwork calculations.
• Must have knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures preferably in the Orange County/LA County area.
• MicroStation/CADD experience desirable.
