Product Trainers provide professional training to CUES customers on the variety of products that we sell. Installation of components is sometimes required prior to the training. Training of new and existing, domestic and international, customers and provide on-site practical and technical consultation on the use of Cues products. Essential Job Functions and Duties - Set up travel arrangements for the upcoming appointments with customers - Meet with customers and perform inventory of purchased equipment - Train customer on all hardware and software as required - Provide nightly reporting on the events of the day - Submit expense reports for reimbursement as required - When not in the field, assist other departments as needed - Continuous learning about Cues existing and future products and services. - Teaching customers in various stages of learning abilities on all hardware and software as required. Required Education and Experience Qualifications include: - Bachelor Degree - Strong computer skills - Able to present technical information to others in a professional, understandable manner - Possess basic electrical and mechanical aptitude - Possess excellent written and oral communication skills - Possess a general knowledge of the use and operation of basic hand and power tools - Must be highly motivated self-starter that can handle stressful situations - Ability to work independently, with excellent problem solving and decision making skills Preferred Education and Experience Qualifications include: - Masters Degree - Bi-lingual or Multi-lingual helpful (Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese) - Effective and articulate communication and presentation skills - Ability to represent Cues in a professional manner and to deal with all levels of customers - Two year business/education degree preferred (or military equivalent) - Experience with pipeline inspection equipment - Previous teaching/training experience - Basic understanding of technical drawings Work Authorizations / Security Clearance / Additional Eligibility Requirements - Post Offer Background check and drug screening required - Good driving record - Strong financial management/able to receive credit card - Able to rent a car Working Conditions / Work Schedule / Travel - Extensive world-wide travel on nearly a weekly basis. Most appointments are in the U.S., but some international travel is required - When not scheduled for an in-field appointment, business hours would be 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. - Maintain excellent attendance. - Travel domestic and internationally for various times ranging from 3 days to 1 month. - Indoor / Outdoor environments. Classroom may be indoor or outdoor with 1 30 students.
