Your Opportunity We are currently seeking a highly motivated Intern, Mechanical Engineer to join the team in our San Diego, CA office. Your Key Responsibilities

• Produce 3-Dimensional models of mechanical systems, coordinating these systems with other disciplines (such as architectural, structural, and electrical) * Produce engineering drawings for construction based on 3-Dimensional models * Produce calculations using software programs and Excel. * Research codes and standards and apply to design * Work closely with Stantec Mechanical Engineers * Collaboration with the project design team Your Capabilities and Credentials * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong work ethic * Capable of multi-tasking * Able to process data quickly; aggressive learner * Eager to learn new software programs (AutoCAD and Revit experience a plus) * Good communication skills Education and Experience Working towards BS degree in Mechanical Engineering This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee and other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice.
