Our Team The Information Services Department at Teradata is responsible for providing world class IT support and leadership to more than 12,000 Teradata employees and contractors across the business. As Teradata under goes a transformational change to deliver analytics at scale, anywhere, anytime; Teradata ITS is partnering with the different business units to deliver better long-term technology value. With this goal in mind, ITS is looking to hire interns with a science/technology background who can assist us in delivering a pervasive data intelligence landscape. Your Opportunity You will team with other IT technologists to use your creativity and technical skills to help implement and develop internal business applications and company processes in a fast-paced agile environment. You will learn and work with our IT team to build your skills in many different disciplines such as networking, development, and cloud integration (ServiceNow, SalesForce, Workday). Additionally, you will provide practical IT skills using languages (python, R, .Net, Java), relational databases (SQL), Microsoft SharePoint, and ServiceNow. In this role, you will gain an in-depth understanding of company capabilities and services using the newest versions of reporting and analysis communication tools to assist with the migration of existing corporate data into warehouse views. Qualifications/Requirements Must be pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or other related field of study Graduating between May 2019 - June 2021 Highly motivated and eager to learn new tools and contribute on IT projects Able to work in a collaborative team, but also comfortable working independently
