    Human Resources Generalist Tri Wire Engineering Solutions Inc. - Tewksbury, MA $20 - $24 an hour JOB SUMMARY : The HR Generalist will hold a vast range of responsibilities including but not limited to participating in the day to day responsibilities of direct HR processes i.e. recruiting, on-boarding, benefits administration, training, development & employee relations.


    Abilities, Skills & Key Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work productively in a team setting as well as independently, understand and implement essential HR policies, practices, and procedures, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to practice discretion regarding highly confidential information.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Onboard new employees by setting up drug screens, background checks, and submitting badge requests to the client. * Collect and audit new hire paperwork to make sure all documents are in compliance. * Track employee benefit payments during leave including but not limited to FMLA, Military leave, and workmans compensation. Set up deductions following leave in the event of nonpayment. * Process and track daily transactions in employee benefit accounts including enrollments, coverage modifications and terminations for benefits which include health, dental, vision, life, FMLA, STD, LTD, 401(k), ESOP, COBRA. * Perform ACA and other periodic audits when required to ensure reporting compliance. * Set up court ordered medical support orders. * Maintain, develop and communicate company policies and procedures in compliance with Federal/State laws and company best practices. * Maintain and update job descriptions. * Track and report to executive management key HR metrics. * Respond to and track unemployment claims across all 10 states. * Other duties assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * BA/BS Degree preferably in related degree or equivalent experience * 3+ years of experience in Human Resources * ADP Workforce Now experience required

    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient knowledge of MS Office products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * SPHR or PHR certification a plus * May require overtime Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 /hour Experience: * ADP: 3 years * Benefits Administration: 2 years * Human Resources: 3 years 6 hours ago - save job
