Yulista Aviation is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic intern that can assist one of our Program Management teams with their UH-60V, UC-35 and other various projects within the UH-60V Program Management Office. Selected candidate will have the opportunity to experience professional growth in a challenging environment, gain exposure to all aspects of Program Management and establish a closely knit network of peers and mentors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Day to day tasking and routine assignments that come from the Program/Project Managers to include: Supporting the project office in creating and participating in the presentation of briefs internally and externally to the company. Assist with planning, preparing and participating in Project Reviews, Technical Reviews and Integrated Product-Process Team (IPT) and Working Group meetings. Inventory, identify and deliver or distribute aircraft parts, supplies and kits as necessary. Responsible for general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, typing and data entry. Organize and set-up meetings and events per situational requirements. Provide quotes and travel arrangements and file expense reports for management team. SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Job Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and great interpersonal skills. Candidate should be interested in developing Project/Program Management skills. Ability to work in a team or independently and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to prioritize project tasks. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Enrollment in a Bachelors Degree program in a related field. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be reliable and responsible with abilities to work independently. Must possess a GPA of at least 2.0, and be in good academic standing. Valid current Alaska Drivers License with good driving record preferred. Ability to pass a background and drug screening. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Yulista Aviation, Inc. has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. At times, work is performed outside of the office at indoor and outdoor job sites. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes, and occasional overtime for immediate field support or bid processing may be necessary. Physical Effort: Frequent standing, talking, lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs., hand/eye coordination, and fine manipulation. Visual Acuity: Frequent close/peripheral vision, and depth perception. Mental Effort: Frequent analytical thinking, verbal/written communication, handling stress and emotions, concentrating on tasks, remembering details, and making decisions. Environmental Factors: Frequently working alone.
