Fresard Contemporary Arts is currently seeking a motivated, hardworking, dedicated individual to join our team as a Business Representative on a part-time basis. This position reports directed to the owner and retail team.

Responsibilities:

Our Business Representative will work with the retail team to:

• Acts as a liaison between company and client.
• Build and maintain relationship with existing and future clients on behalf of the studio
• Act as an account receivable
• Facilitate customer queries.
• Manage store inventory.
• Support the Making Team in the finishing of hand-made products and merchandise.
• Assist the Retail Team and Studio Management team in day-to-day operations.

An ideal candidate will possess:

• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, and email.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment multitasks with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is motivated and sales focused.
