We seek a talented entry level Content / Social Media Development Specialist to join our brand in the Arts and Craft industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating compelling content for our brand sales and social media that increases sales, followers and amplifies engagement. This includes photography/photo editing, filmmaking/video editing, copywriting, online planning and marketing development. We are looking for an individual that is motivated, flexible and outgoing
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit photos and videos
- Develop compelling social media content that increases followers and amplifies engagement
- Work with our Marketing manager to execute on our go to market strategy
- Draft creative copy and messaging
- Manage social media community management – respond to comments, identify and engage with target accounts, and establish social media relationships
- Track organic and paid social media campaigns performance, reporting results, and adjusting strategy as necessary
- Participate in meetings with marketing team
**Desired Characteristics/Experience:**
- Shooting & editing photos and videos for digital sales and marketing channels
- Advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube
- Skilled with graphic design and/or video editing and production in Adobe suite
- Hands on experience with web content management tools
- Exceptional written communication, multi-tasking, networking, time management and interpersonal skills
- Extraordinarily creative and with a drive to meet goals and succeed
