Overview

Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings, has an immediate opening for a Business Administration Year-Round Intern, supporting our License and Title Department. Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held, full-service fleet management business for companies, government agencies and organizations with medium-sized fleets. The Business Administration Year-Round Intern will be exposed to real life work experience along with administrative functions within our License and Title Department. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail oriented and a self-motivated team player.

This exciting opportunity works 20-25 hours per week during the Spring and Fall 2023 semesters. During the summer, this position would work Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting pertaining to license and title processes.

• Organize and create efficiencies in sending out vehicle Renewal stickers and license plates

• Assist and support Coordinators with renewals, registrations, and other assignments

• Create and update database notes for Renewals and Registrations

• Distribute mail for the L&T teams and send weekly mail to group offices

• Assist with copying Registrations, Renewals and organizing paperwork to Xerox

• Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• A sophomore or above, currently enrolled full-time in a college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree.

• Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during the Fall/Spring Semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer.

• Experience with Mircrosoft Office products.

• 6 months of customer service experience.

• 6 months of administrative/office experience.

• Must be willing to accept $15.00 per hour.

• Must live within 1 hour of 9315 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132.
