Enterprise Management Trainee Intern

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume. Accounting Intern

Gain real-world business, accounting, and financial training that will teach you all aspects of financial management pertaining to running a successful business. Our Accounting Intern position will introduce you to our Business Management Training program which fully prepares you to become a Business Manager of your own financial operation.

A key partner in our organization, the Business Manager oversees all aspects of financial management and provides balance to the partnership formed with the marketing and operational pieces of our business. You'll enjoy performance-based promotions and big earning potential as you climb the management ladder. This role would be located at one of our offices within the Greater Ft Lauderdale area.

We are hiring for the Greater Fort Lauderdale and North Miami area!

Cities include: Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles, Davie, Miramar, Hollywood,North miami,Miami Lakes, Sunrise and Pompano Beach.

Pay for this position is $17 per hour.

This position is a part time 12 week program starting January 24th ending April 17th.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Management Trainee Intern

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Accounting Intern

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis

• Work closely with rental branches and other departments

• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.

• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash

• Assist in accounting schedules & filing

• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Enterprise Management Trainee Intern

• Must be a Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.

• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Accounting Intern

• Must be at a Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program, majoring in Accounting or Finance.

• Must be graduating with Bachelors Degree by Spring 2024

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

• Must be flexible to relocate outside local area/state within a 1-3 year period to accept potential promotional opportunities

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) within the past 5 years

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
