ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will be responsible for the preparation of various monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts of Enterprise Holdings and Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM).  It will be required to work cross-functionally with multiple departments (including EFM, EU, and many others) in order to collect appropriate data for various forecasting efforts.  It will also be responsible for the preparation of various reports, including operational and financial reports that support the business needs of EHI as well as various ad hoc reporting or analysis requests by senior leadership.  This position will also assist in maintaining departmental financial databases and evaluating the current and future technology needs of the department.

This position is part of our Corporate Accounting Department in St. Louis, MO and is currently on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining and updating various forecast models, including Performance, GAAP financial statements and Cash Flow modeling

• Oversee monthly updates of performance projection to forecast models for, including analyzing trends of actual data results and re-recommending adjustments for future projections 

• Responsible for preparation of various operational analysis and reporting, including weekly and monthly reporting of days earned and revenue trends, revenue trends by brand/channel and vehicle sales activity

• Assist with various projects, reports and analysis related to operating and financial needs of the Company on an ad hoc basis

• Prepare customer account analysis/contribution model summaries; run queries to obtain customer rental history and provide summary to management for review

• Responsible for preparation of the department’s recurring reports, oversees the gathering of data and ensuring its accuracy, as well as the detailed review and distribution of reports to management

• Maintain database software, including the creation and maintenance of multi-dimensional cubes; add or remove users to access the database; communicate with IT department on various maintenance issues

• Assist with special projects and ad hoc, analysis and reporting for operational requests on an ad hoc basis

• Assist in evaluating future technology needs of the department

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

• Must have three or more years of accounting experience
