**Position Summary:
**

The Order Management Lead oversees day-to-day execution of Mopar parts order flow within GPOP and all related allocation and exception‑handling systems. This role acts as the primary operational owner for complex order behaviors, major issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Key functions include Promotion governance, Part Block Governance and Updates, Large order management, Mopar supply-chain mailbox resolution support, DealerConnect website Parts content and DCMail communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily review of large dealer orders that fail to release automatically in GPOP.
• Validate available inventory and perform manual releases when appropriate.
• Guide strategy for splitting or modifying orders to balance fulfillment and allocation protection.
• Own governance for creation, modification, and removal of part blocks across programs.
• Validate block justification and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Confirm material availability and supply positioning for monthly and strategic promotions.
• Serve as the lead SME for allocation logic, exception handling, and escalated inquiries.
• Lead resolution for high‑impact backorders and irregular order behavior.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ICT, RIM, operations, and supply teams.
• Update DC Portal Content and DCMail as requested.
• Monitor the general supply-chain inbox and resolve inquiries as needed
