• Research materials suppliers and compare costs.
• Develop and execute category purchasing strategy to create competitive advantage for the business unit products and ensure long term business sustainability.
• Utilize strategic sourcing methodology to ensure category strategies are in place, source, negotiate and manage suppliers to deliver total lowest cost materials and mitigate the supply risks.
• Manage logistics of multi-category components from global suppliers during product development stage.
• Monitor new supplier development/improvement plans as well as current supplier performance and reevaluate their capabilities.
• Support new product development in terms of component selection, sourcing, purchasing, hardware delivery, quality, and design to cost targets.
• Cross-functional team connection and collaboration to quickly enable smart key decisions and right actions.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or HW engineering
• Self-driven and able to work with culturally diversified team
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with MS Excel
