This is an entry level developmental role. We are looking for an eager new graduate who is passionate about sales. The hiring manager is dedicated to guiding, mentoring and coaching the ideal candidate to be successful in this role.

This position is responsible for planning and coordinating sales/marketing activities for FRAM Filtration products, working directly with warehouse distributors and other filter customers in their established region of the country.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or the like Interested and passionate about Sales
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work priorities and planning Confident, self motivated, driven to reach goals.
• Success in building relationships and servicing customers both in and outside of the organization, including senior level.
• Uses logic and appropriate methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Valid Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to maintain satisfactory record of attendance and conduct.
