Enterprise Mobility in Rockville, MD has an opportunity for a Staff Accountant! This is our entry level position on our Business Management team, designed to propel you into a leadership position within our organization within Accounting and Finance!

This position will be placed out of our Regional Corporate office in Rockville, MD (2273 Research Blvd, Rockville MD 20850). The schedule will range between 40-45 hours per week. An average schedule is 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Target first year pay of $58,000 - $61,000 / year with full benefits, great culture, opportunities for advancement, and financial assistance toward CPA/CMA.

Responsibilities

Starting as a Staff Accountant, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis.

At Enterprise, you will have the chance to run your own financial operation and provide balance to the marketing and operational pieces of our business. We offer a comprehensive development program where you will work closely with sales and marketing, human resources, procurement, and more to produce excellence in customer service, growth strategies, operating efficiencies, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Must have 1 year of relevant work experience in the last 6 years (Relevant work experience is defined as customer service, administrative, accounting, or leadership)
• Future plans to attain CPA/CMA within 1-2 years preferred
• Must have a minimum of Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
