As a TA Intern at Aptiv, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support various recruitment initiatives. Your Role:

• Interact with candidates and business partners via phone, email and in-person
• Coordinate multiple areas of the recruiting process, including:
  • Interviews
  • Travel
  • Background checks
  • Offer letters
• Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Assist the University Relations team when needed
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other outlets

Your Background:

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration
• 3.0 minimum GPA
• 1+ years in Microsoft Office suite
