We are currently seeking a** Systems Engineering – Architecture & Requirements Management Intern (SE-ARM) **to join our summer internship program.

You’ll have real responsibilities that impact actual products and help pave the way on our development path. You will work on projects and products that will launch AV into the future and provide you hands-on knowledge and skills through multiple phases of our Engineering/Manufacturing Design and Development process.
You will have the opportunity to interact with focused design teams, which will require you to use a range of skills and tools across traditional engineering, computer science, and mathematical disciplines. You’ll be able to see various stages of development including requirements definition, concept design, prototyping, detailed design, validation, and verification testing.

AV offers the ultimate hands-on intern experience that will help prepare you for your future. We provide relocation and housing for students out of state and have a 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off).
ITAR Requirement:
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR. A “U.S. person” according to their definition is a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual such as a refugee, or asylee. See 22 CFR § 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
