    This position will be responsible for:

    • Design and support of automated electronic control systems specific to ring rolling and forging requirements.
    • Significant supplier, manufacturing and management interactions including design, costing, quoting and executing control system upgrades.
    • Knowledge of the forging and ring rolling manufacturing process and the ability to handle technical issues.
    • Coordination, support and installation of various eletrical controll system projects.
    • Provide engineering support for projects designed and built both internally and externally.
    • This position will be located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA where 2 of our facilities are located but could travel to several others within the United States including our Homwet Research facility in Whitehall, MI.
  • Qualifications

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
    • Previous electrical co-op, internship or experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States .
    • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
    • This position is subject to the Internal Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
    • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • PLC programming experience
    • HMI programming experience
    • Experience with Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC & RSLogix programming software
    • Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA
    • Experience with Rockwell Automation Factory Talk SCADA
    • Knowledge of Electrical distribution systems for voltage below 600V
    • Proficient user of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical or Solidworks Electrical
    • Experience with industrial robots, Motoman or other
    • Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E and NFPA 79 codes
