    The Supply Chain/Sales Intern position will be located in our Plant 4, Thermatech/Ti-Ingot, Whitehall Casting Operation.

    This position will be responsible for:

    • Work with Customer Service Engineers to update databases supporting manufacturing and invoicing
    • Work with Engineering, Quality, CI, and Customer Service Engineers to improve CSE hold area
    • Assist with Plant Hoshin efforts as related to Customer Service and Supply Chain initiatives
    • Assist in establishing dashboards to support reporting of customer service metrics
    • Work with Plant Eng. & Operations staff for cost reduction opportunities thru process reviews
    • Work with manager to document and systemize processes in Sales and Supply Chain departments

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • Active pursuance of bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • Two years’ work experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Active pursuance of Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field, manufacturing/supply chain management or closely related field.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; especially Excel.
    • Familiarity with Power BI tool
    • Knowledge of production processes and quality control for the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
    • Demonstrated performance in cross-functional teams.
    • Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
