The Textron Finance & Accounting internship experience is designed to allow you to:

• Gain experience and insight into business processes, budgeting, the development of business analysis and reporting
• Gain cross-functional exposure

This position is responsible for assisting members of a Finance or Accounting department in both daily activities and special projects to learn, and gain experiences related to the Finance or Accounting function and its role in achieving business objectives.

Requirements for the LDP Internship in Finance & Accounting include:

• Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting who will graduate between December 2020 - May 2021
• Must be willing to relocate to any company location
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Passion for Finance & Accounting
• Strong communication skills
• Global mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly to change
• Action and results oriented
• Resourceful/problem solver
• Self-confidence and initiative
• Previous internship experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, and pivot table knowledge desired)
