You will work directly with our Managing Partner and PR firm to support our growing focus on Partnerships. Partners will include luxury hotels, concierge services, yacht companies, and more.

A typical day will include:

• Making initial calls to potential partners; selling our vision for the collaboration
• Researching potential partners and creating strategies to approach them
• Using our sales and marketing automation software to create follow-up campaigns
• Maintain a partnership database; enter contact information, status updates, comments
• Transitioning partners to our PR firm for handling when ready

Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal - if you don’t consider this your strong point, this position will not work for you.

Other must haves:

• Confidence; you will be talking to marketing directors, business owners, and other high-ups
• Persistence; you may have to follow up multiple times to get the right person on the phone

Some nice-to-haves:

• Any knowledge of or experience with private aviation would be a huge plus
• Any experience with luxury brands, event planning, PR or marketing
