  • Responsibilities

    If you're detail-oriented and interested in technology processes, then we have a role for you. Members of our audit team evaluate our internal technology control structure and compliance with laws and regulations. With an annual investment of $9 billion in technology, making sure we get this right is critical to our success.

    You'll assess the internal control processes that drive our global business —identifying areas of improvement to help safeguard the firm. These reviews begin with understanding our business processes, developing process flows and testing, and presenting reports to management. We work with regulators, business leaders and other stakeholders to make sure we're doing this in the most effective manner

    What to expect

    This 10-week program starts off with comprehensive training to introduce you to our firm, our practices and the culture. You'll join one of our audit teams, where you'll see firsthand how technology enables our business. It continues with business specific risk and controls learning. Top performers may receive a full-time job offer at the end of the summer.

    You'll make an impact by:

    • Making meaningful contributions to our global business operations on one of our audit teams, including Asset Management, Commercial -Banking, Consumer and Community Banking, Corporate and Investment Bank, and Enterprise Technology.
    • Focusing on reviews of business applications, data management, global infrastructure, digital technologies and cyber/information security
    • Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of controls in our technology organization
    • Providing management with feedback regarding the control environment
    • Learning about the importance of technology to our success

    We're looking for results-oriented individuals who are enthusiastic about developing strategies that streamline and optimize global business operations. All majors welcome to apply.

    Key skills and interests include:

    • Bring exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
    • Understanding of technology and key technology principles
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Have the ability to manage time, prioritize and know when to seek help
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Coursework in MIS/CIS is a plus
    • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
    • Expected graduation date between December 2019 and June 2020
    • A well-rounded academic background – minimum required cumulative
    • GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
