ACQUISITION TELEMARKETING MANAGER
As a Barclays Acquisition Telemarketing Manager, you will be responsible to manage the set up and testing of Inbound Telemarketing for multiple acquisitions marketing channels, including direct mail, online banners, events, and alternative media. You will also be responsible for adhering to the campaign launch calendar and to coordinate with all departments for accurate program information to build the program.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Managing TM set up process including pricing matrix and campaign testing
Managing 800 # allocation through Verizon Network Manager
Working with the Telephony group for 800# requests and configurations and update proprietary campaign desktop system
Maintaining master Telemarketing Campaign Matrix
Participating in weekly campaign tracker meetings actively
Coordinating test efforts with Marketing QA and the Application Vendor
Archiving of daily reports
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
General marketing, advertising and/or financial services experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to create and maintain a timeline
SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Prior Telemarketing or call center experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with offshore vendors in different time zones
