    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Securitized Products Trading & Sales team.

    Salary / Rate Minimum: $70,000

    Salary / Rate Maximum: $85,000

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    •     Maintain and update appointment calendar

    •     Organize travel arrangements and itinerary

    •     Process expense reports 

    •     Facilitate invoicing through the Coupa system

    •     Liaise with areas of the Barclays Group globally

    •     Raise requests (IT equipment / software, etc.)

    •     Facilitate new employee set-ups – including PC set-ups, software installations, and raising appropriate tickets to acquire access to relevant systems for the new hire 

    •     Prepare presentations as directed

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    •     Administrative experience with travel, organizing meetings

    •     BA/BS degree 

    •     Solid interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communications skills

    •     Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment

    •     Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail 

    •     Ability to maintain confidential information

     

    SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:

    •     Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

    You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
