    ADOPTION CHANGE LEAD

    As a Barclays Adoption Change Lead, you will contribute to developing the adoption and change management strategy to support the ongoing and continuous change of Barclays Global Technology Infrastructure Services. In this role, you will be developing portfolio-level colleague change experience roadmaps and the associated change campaigns to achieve behaviour adoption goals that deliver business value.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Establishing a ‘go-to’ Change and Adoption service that supports strategic transformation programs achieve sustainable success through partnership with stakeholders and partners 

    • Initiating engagement with key stakeholders to ensure effective partnership with service owners / businesses which includes openness to giving / receiving challenge at all levels

    • Providing guidance to the Business where collective action result in more effective learning outcomes

    • Navigating and articulating Group Technology strategies, translate them in to adoption strategies, resulting in accelerated and wholesale adoption of new technology

    • Managing the development of enablement content including but not limited to training courses, video, simuations, job aids, case studies

    • Developing programs and project-level adoption change strategies and plans

    • Understanding the diverse needs of the various stakeholder groups across the enterprise in order to create and deploy creative campaigns

    • Working with key contacts in marketing, learning and communications to develop communication and learning strategies

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

    • Two+ years working as a consultant and one+ year of change management experience

    • Experience in any of the following: Agile change, change capability, change analytics, behavioral science, human-centered design and design of experiments

    • Experience designing, developing, and rolling out M365 collaboration services

    • Familiarity with product management and Agile delivery practices

    SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:

    • Able to understand and navigate changing landscape and can apply those changes quickly within the operating environment while being mindful of impact

    • Can interpret data, analyse information, and employ appropriate research techniques to translate outputs into innovative adoption and change services / opportunities/modules

    • Is able to think outside of the box to achieve business outcomes and can problem solve to navigate and influence large projects that face constant challenges

    • Ability to execute at an accelerated pace but within control and improve strategic delivery based on insights and commercial return
