    PDS CLIENT SERVICES

    As a Barclays PDS Client Services, your responsibility will be to keep synergy between various internal teams in order to best provide constructive and orderly service to new clients coming on board. You will serve over three major product areas (Futures, OTC Clearing and FXPB). You will work to bridge the gap between the Business and all appropriate teams in order to properly onboard a new client onto Barclays US platform.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    •     Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

    •     Reviewing client documents for new accounts going live and assisting with new account structure inquiries

    •     Handling customer queries/complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time constraints and following up to assure resolution

    •     Devising and implementing process improvement efficiencies

    •     Having product knowledge over Futures and OTC Clearing, performing process testing and assisting in oversight of various internal static data teams

    •     Challenging existing processes and helping to identify synergies across functions, identifying and escalating control gaps and seeking resolution

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    -    Bachelor’s Degree

    -    Three plus years’ in Financial Services -    Skills that will help you in the role:  -    Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner

    -    Ability to prioritize, being flexible and respond to changing environments
    -    Ability to think logically and adopt a fact based approach to issue resolution, self-starting team player, able to demonstrate initiative
    

    WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

    You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
