This three-year program kicks off in New York City with five weeks of in-depth training. You'll learn about our business strategy and structure from colleagues from around the world while sharpening your technical skills, finance and accounting principles, and proficiency with our proprietary tools.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing

• Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus
• Genuine interest in financial markets, investing and macro-level economic trends
