Distribution Channels: Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm.

Investment Products: Work in partnership with client portfolio managers, traders, marketers and client service account managers on the analysis and execution of investment strategies including:

• Beta Strategies
• Equities
• Fixed Income
• Hedge Funds
• Multi-Asset Solutions
• Liquidity
• Private Equity
• Real Assets

Across all teams, this program offers unprecedented training and experience in Asset Management, as well as one-on-one mentoring, access to senior business leaders and exposure to diverse business areas.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong initiative, energy and confidence
• Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus
• Genuine interest in financial markets, investing and macro-level economic trends
• Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information
