    Join a team committed to building client relationships around the world for an industry- leading franchise. You'll explore Asset & Wealth Management’s Wealth Management businesses while building your own expertise in a dynamic team environment.

    As part of our leading global client franchise in Asset & Wealth Management, we build teams of professionals around clients to understand their unique needs and provide solutions to help them meet their financial goals.

    The Wealth Management Sophomore Cohort Summer Program is designed to give students completing their sophomore year an opportunity to gain exposure into wealth and investment management. You will be a part of our full summer analyst program, but will also have specific Cohort program elements, including, but not limited to:

    • One-Day Sophomore Orientation
    • Executive Presence and Presentation training
    • Dedicated mentors
    • Cohort social events
    • Weekly sessions
    • Weekly meetings with program management
    • Exposure to senior leadership
    • Client-simulation based final project
    • Individual and group presentations

    You will sit within Wealth Management, where you'll help to develop strategies for protecting and managing client wealth across generations.

    • Minimum GPA of 3.2.
    • Deadline oriented; ability to multi-task in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
    • Superior multitasking and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Plenty of initiative and the confidence to complete projects with limited supervision.
    • Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
    • A collaborative style.
    • Good judgement and discretion when working with confidential information.
    • Ability to anticipate questions and seek the answers.
    • Candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
    • Eligible students would be graduating between December 2019 and June 2020.

    The majority of cohort members will be placed into New York, but we will consider other location placements on a case-by-case basis.
