We're looking for smart, detail-oriented people to collaborate with our global experts to provide independent, objective assessments and present these findings to management. Members of our audit team evaluate our business control structure and compliance with laws and regulations.

You'll assess the internal control processes that drive our global business —identifying areas of improvement to help safeguard the firm. These reviews begin with understanding our business processes, developing process flows and testing, and presenting reports to management. We work with regulators, business leaders and others to make sure we're doing this in the most effective manner.

Working here means joining a collaborative, supportive team. We'll give you what you need to succeed including training, mentoring, access to senior leaders and projects that engage all your skills.

    What to expect

This 10-week program starts off with comprehensive training to introduce you to our firm, our practices and the culture. It continues with business specific risk and controls learning. Top performers may receive a full-time job offer at the end of the summer.

    You'll make an impact by:

    • Making meaningful contributions to our global business on one of our audit teams, including Asset Management, Commercial Banking, Consumer and Community Banking, Corporate and Investment Bank, and Enterprise Technology
    • Identifying and analyzing risks in our businesses and evaluating how we control those risks
    • Testing controls by reviewing documents, observing the teams and meeting with management
    • Providing management with feedback regarding their control environment
