THE CHANCE TO MAKE AN IMPACT

The program begins with several weeks of intense training designed to introduce you to the firm and our uniquely team-based, collaborative approach, and reinforces the skills that you will need as a banker.

As an associate, you will master all aspects of executing a transaction, including developing client relationships and managing people. Over time, you will be able to manage transactions with minimal supervision, coordinating the activities of team members, clients, industry consultants, lawyers and accountants.

You may be involved in:

• financial analysis and modeling

• valuation

• industry research

• business evaluation and strategic assessment

• client interaction and relationship management

• business and idea generation

• supervising, developing and mentoring junior colleagues.

Your role as a Banking associate will provide you with the skills and experience needed for a successful career in the world of finance. The associate program will help provide a visible path to the necessary steps for promotion to vice president and the tools to get you there.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROGRAM, YOU MUST:

• successfully complete a Masters, MBA or JD between December 2023 – June 2024.

IDEALLY, YOU WOULD ALSO HAVE:

• resourcefulness, team-orientation, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through participation in extracurricular activities.
