TALENT ACQUISITION- RESOURCING BUSINESS PARTNER – AVP WHIPPANY, NJ
As a Barclays Talent Acquisition- Resourcing Business Partner - AVP, you will deliver high quality MI enabling the talent acquisition coverage partners to have insightful and impactful discussions. Collaborating with functions including Talent Acquisition sub services, HR, TA operations to source and assimilate relevant data into operational updates and strategic presentations. Support with query management relating to the recruitment process, enabling TA to deliver operational excellence in service delivery and drive strategic value-add discussions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
• Designing and delivering impactful operational reporting and dashboards that enable Coverage Partners in their discussions with key stakeholders • Monitoring performance data and ensure early intervention where issues are identified that will impact the hiring manager and candidate experience • Monitoring trends and pro-actively identify opportunities to refine the recruitment and on boarding process/experience • Supporting Coverage and the sub-service leads in the provision of impactful MI and high quality client presentation material • Supporting data requests, key hiring initiatives and TA projects as required • Investigating and resolve operational queries in partnership with TA sub services and business • Developing diagnostic skills and the ability to leverage data to identify and solve problems and remove bottlenecks • Supporting the business to develop our current workforce and plan effectively for the future, creating opportunities for both colleagues and external candidates
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience • Ability to synthesise disparate data sets in a consistent and coherent way • Proven data mindset – ability to leverage MI effectively and a natural data champion • Excellent communication skills including the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insight
SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
• An understanding of the recruitment process and previous experience of HR data would be beneficial • Continuous learning and curiosity • Well-developed diagnostic skills and problem solving techniques
