REAL RESPONSIBILITY, RIGHT AWAY
As an analyst within the US Consumer Bank business, you’ll join the team responsible for delivering results for customers and our co-branded credit card partners. Our business management analyst roles are placed throughout our business areas provide you with real-world experience in one of our key business areas.
Expect to be right where the action is. You’ll start with training; after which you’ll join your team. The challenges you take on might include:
working with various teams to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal and external key contacts, including our co-brand partners
implementing marketing strategies across multiple partners driving best in class experiences for customers
coordinating campaign launches, including obtaining necessary internal and external approvals
assisting with creative development and copy review processes
drafting business requirement documents
developing an understanding of financial drivers to maximize P&L performance
tracking and reporting on business results and portfolio performance
balancing many competing objectives and working with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication amongst all parties.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROGRAM, YOU MUST:
IDEALLY, YOU WOULD ALSO HAVE:
a GPA of 3.2 or above
unrestricted U.S. work authorization
strong analytical skills and sound judgement
an understanding of developing value propositions, marketing strategies and risk/pricing approaches to optimize performance
strong written and oral communication skills
resourcefulness, curiosity, flexibility, leadership skills, team-orientation, enthusiasm and an ability to work comfortably across a variety of levels internally and externally.
