    What will you be doing?

    On behalf of a global financial services organization, coordinate between Business and Technology teams to gather, document and communicate business requirements details to Technical team. Job duties to include:

    • Convert requirements into user stories on JIRA or Rally tool.
    • Identify all dependencies and risks related to business requirements and prioritize the requirements and user stories
    • Work closely with Development and Quality Assurance teams during sprint duration to ensure developed functionalities are per the requirements.
    • Consult with businesses and vendors to gather end to end data flow requirements.
    • Perform gap analysis and identify data sources to define current and future state of business requirements and provide solution evaluation.
    • Perform statistical analysis on data, creating product backlog, prioritize user stories and migrate stories to sprint backlog.
    • Review user stories to ensure all tasks are accomplished and accept the sprint increment.
    • Work with Product Owners to gather details on upcoming projects related to cards, deposits and loans, provide estimations and plan the timelines.
    • Coordinate with offshore teams to accomplish deliverables.
    • Conduct sprint review meetings with Product Owners and business teams to ensure all developed functionalities meet the business objectives.
    • Perform exploratory analysis of file specification, data base schema, data mapping document and support the QA test engineers during testing phase.
    • Review test strategies, review test scenarios, create test cases, execute test cases.
    • Facilitate the scrum events as per the Agile standards and act as technical product owner for Database specific projects.

    What we’re looking for:

    Minimum of a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration or a related field and at least three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Designer or related. Must have at least three (3) years of employment experience with each of the following required skills: Banking domain, Credit Card, Deposits and Loans end to end flow domain knowledge; Data base management systems, including Hadoop, Oracle; Data analysis with SQL, Unix, Oracle; Agile Scrum methodology; Developing logic and extracting User story and test cases execution status to create customized reports; and Drafting and executing test plans and cases for Quality Assurance using JIRA, Core Java Selenium, Rally, HP ALM.
