    As a Barclays Candidate Acquisition Manager AVP you will join Programmatic Recruitment team, which is responsible for driving US candidate acquisition activity for Markets & Research including the School Captain model; including but not limited to Interns, Graduate working in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition sub-services; Executive; Programmatic; Professional, Policy, Standards and Governance to ensure Talent Acquisition services are being delivered against the strategy.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Delivering aligned US Banking candidate acquisition strategy through Programmatic channels; including but not limited to interns and graduate as it relates to events 
    • Partnering with the business to agree and attend a calendar of events associated with attraction to all Programmatic channels including campus recruitment events
    • Supporting Vice President with Investment Schools, with individual responsibility for a group of priority schools
    • Being responsible for owning relationship with School Captains
    • Attending on site events on campus
    • Extending verbal offers to candidates
    • Implementing and ensuring execution of our attraction and assessment efforts
    • Ensuring an effective delivery of the candidate attraction strategy derived from data analysis using a deep knowledge of universities and organizations

    You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
