CAPITAL SOLUTIONS ANALYST

As a Barclays Capital Solutions Analyst, you will join the Prime Services Distribution, and serve as part of the capital introduction team, reporting to the US Head of Capital Solutions. In your role, you will support the team’s interaction with Hedge Funds and investors (pension, consultant, insurance, FOF, family office daily and their efforts to maintaining relationships with both. You will have the opportunity to participate in the global introductions between hedge fund managers and professional investors.

Salary / Rate Minimum: $110,000

Salary / Rate Maximum: $125,000

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Supporting the team’s interaction with Hedge Funds and investors on a daily basis and their efforts to maintaining relationships with both 
• Handling team’s compliance obligations around the onboarding requirements for hedge fund managers and investors
• Providing market update on the Hedge Fund industry and investor landscape actively
• Monitoring all the standards related to the capital introductions policies and procedures
• Planning and executing capital introduction events ranging from small roundtable breakfasts to a full day conference 
• Working closely with Prime Origination to build new commercial relationships with hedge fund prospects and advise them of our cap intro capabilities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Any bachelor’s degree
• One to three years of experience in a financial services institution or firm
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
