As a Barclays Capital Solutions Associate, you will join the Prime Services Distribution team. In this capacity you will serve as part capital introduction team, reporting to the US Head of Capital Solutions. You will interact with Hedge Fund clients of Prime Services to assist them in their capital raising needs by providing targeted introductions to investors, organizing events to showcase managers to investors, and sharing color on the Hedge Fund industry and investor landscape.

Salary / Rate Minimum: 125,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: 175,000

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the team’s interaction with Hedge Funds and investors on a daily basis and their efforts to maintaining lasting relationships with both
• Being involved with supporting the team’s compliance obligations around the onboarding requirements for hedge fund managers and investors
• Monitoring of standards related to the capital introductions policies and procedures
• Being involved in planning and execution of regular cap intro events ranging from small roundtable breakfasts to a full day conference
• Working closely with Prime Origination to build new commercial relationships with hedge fund prospects and advise them of our cap intro capabilities
• Organizing and participating in investor conference and external events

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree and two to four years of experience in a financial services institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing client relationship
• Experience organizing investor conference and roadshows
