As a Barclays Capital Solutions - Strategic Consulting, you’ll be part of the Prime Services business, supporting the team in developing relevant, creative, & original content. You’ll use a combination of data analysis and qualitative interviews & conversations with experts and industry stakeholders. Get this opportunity to design and execute, with a reasonable degree of autonomy, a variety of end-deliverables derived from a combination of data analysis, and qualitative interviews and conversations with experts and industry stakeholders. 

Salary / Rate Minimum: $125,000

Salary / Rate Maximum: $170,000

The minimum and maximum salary/ rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

•     Contributing to institutional quality thought pieces on trends in the hedge fund industry

•     Providing bespoke consulting for hedge fund managers and investors

•     Speaking with hedge fund managers and investors to gather and share insights on industry related topics 

•     Supporting internal Barclays colleagues and senior Prime management on hedge fund related topics

•     Liaising with both internal colleagues from diverse functions or groups and, external clients in analysis of major business issues and problems

•     Conducting meetings and making formal presentations

•     Collaborating with Prime Services salespeople to share information on clients and trends and to introduce internal Barclays’ salespeople to external hedge funds and investors

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

•     Solid academic background

•     Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•     Proficiency with the MS Office suite of programs
