What You Can Expect

Our General Management track within the Chase Leadership Development Program is a 10-week internship that will provide you with invaluable work experience across our CCB businesses. As a Summer Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the best and brightest on projects tied to our business priorities and growth strategies.

Your work will influence one of our Chase business units – Auto, Business Banking, Card Services, Consumer Banking, Digital, Finance, Home Lending, Intelligent Solutions, Marketing and Communications, Merchant Services, Oversight and Controls, Operations and Strategy.

Within the General Management program, projects may include using data analytics to measure operational effectiveness; business case development for new digital features or functionality; project management for high visibility brand, marketing & media initiatives; evaluating and quantifying business strategy while upholding business controls and regulations; or strategizing marketing initiatives for the various Chase products and services.

Our training curriculum will enhance your business knowledge and professional and technical skills. Frequent manager feedback, coaching, peer mentoring and opportunities to build your network will round out your internship experience. You may receive an offer for full-time employment upon successful completion of the program.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum GPA of 3.2
• Pursuing a B.A., or B.S. degree with expected graduation of December 2019 or May 2020. All majors considered.
• Excel and Word proficiency
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication skills –We encourage everyone to bring their whole self to work because being well-rounded matters.
• Excellent project management and problem solving skills – We love to solve problems, so be ready to share solutions.
