What will you be doing?

• Providing first line client business support via global inbox and hotlines
• Troubleshooting a variety of setup, pricing and trade queries relating to BARX, working with associated teams and applications to reach resolution
• Analyzing potential risk or trade exposure, escalating to the relevant trading or management teams, and involving our risk and compliance partners where necessary
• Taking ownership and accountability of customer queries and problems, run real-time management and co-ordination of system outages with IT
• Working with the development team, trading, and sales colleagues to enhance the client experience and to improve system functionality
• Managing system upgrades and testing on weekends at regular intervals throughout the year

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of FX and some knowledge of FX Option product types
• Prior experience of servicing clients preferably within a client support role background
• Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills with analytical and quantitative ability, comfort using Excel, and outstanding troubleshooting skills
• Willingness/ability to work Sunday shifts
