  • Responsibilities

    Facilitates and supports product management in the various phases of the product development and management lifecycle from strategy and ideation to implementation and maintenance, Documents functional requirements and use cases for future enhancements to features/ functionality. Conducts and/or utilizes market and industry research to support create strategy, and identifies unique selling points and improvements for corporate customer and client bank user experience.

    Duties:

    • Analyze future online banking and payments trends in support of the future state product roadmap
    • Document product enhancements working with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to establish quantitative and qualitative product and customer success criteria
    • Revise marketing collateral and sales support material for newly implemented product updates
    • Support customer surveys to improve customer experience, analyze and report findings
    • Provide support for client onboarding and implementation events using customer data, reports, and analytics
    • Contribute to internal and external written communications (email, presentations, demonstrations) related to product launch
    • Demonstrate proficiency for demonstrating the online banking portal for internal education and training
    • Provide support for updating of processes, procedures, product setup or legal agreement documents related to new or existing products

  • Qualifications
    • Must have an expected graduation date between December 2018 – June 2019.
    • Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00or above.
    • Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the program.
